I'm trying to "be active" while drawing and coloring, moving my body position around to ease any discomfort immediately. Mine did that about a year or two...That's not good! Mine did that about a year or two ago. I thought my arm was going to fall off. It hurt the most in my wrist. I was at Publix and I bought myself a little cast that kept it from moving while I slept. I believe they have them for knees, legs, wrists.. but I'm not sure about shoulders. <BR/><BR/>You may have to give yourself a break at work. Are you eating your fruits and veggies?
